Six Flags Magic Mountain is located to the west of Santa Clarita in Los Angeles. It is one of the most visited theme parks as it is open all year around. The natural topography boasts of huge and intense mountains around the place and that is why it has been called as Magic Mountains.
Six Flags Magic Mountain has been the subject of many an investment and that is the reason why there are a lot of state of the art rides here. There is the world famous steel “hyper-coaster” called “Goliath” that goes to a drop of 255 feet inside a subterranean tunnel. Add to it, there is “Ninja”, world\'s fastest suspended roller coaster. The curves of the roller coaster are bound inside out of the tree tops that make it one hell of a ride and give you those heart stopping moments. “Batman – The Ride” features coaches that are suspended beneath an over head track. It has five inversions and it is floorless. This is one of the most exciting rides in Six Flags Magic Mountain. Most of the rides have been reworked and a lot of time and effort has been spent in making sure that Six Flags Magic Mountain can have some rides that form its core attraction.
Another trade mark attraction is the “Goldrusher” which compliments the natural rocky and mountainous terrain that is so much a part of Six Flags Magic Mountain. The train just weaves in and out of the terrain and it makes for a delightful ride for youngsters and kids. “Percy The Small Engine” is mainly for small kids who will love to see the unique terrain of Six Flags Magic Mountain inside a train. One of the most astounding rides is “Scream” that has over 3,000 feet of suspended track of rails. It is a must have experience for people who love having an over the edge experience. The safety measures are indeed more than satisfactory given that it is one of the most famous and exciting rides in the world. The “Sky Tower” is also one of the most coveted features of the Six Flags Magic Mountain. It stands up to a height of approximately 200 feet overlooking the entire Six Flags Magic Mountain. Recently there is a museum that highlights the souvenirs and history of the entire park which is situated atop the tower. The scene from atop the “Sky Tower” is truly magnificent and beautiful during the evenings.
For those who love the thrill and pace of action and adventure, Six Flags Magic Mountain is indeed one of the “must visit” places. This entire park offers some of the most amazing sights and rides, and therefore is extremely popular with tourists and natives alike. Make sure you have your share of some thrilling adrenalin releasing moments when you step in Six Flags Magic Mountain. For those with weaker hearts, you can nevertheless get a taste of this adventure in a subtle manner, of course!
