the layout is a little different than the batman though – and batman is a hell of a lot smoother to ride and doesn’t head bang as much.

The reason that there’s so many copies is the fact that it’s cheap. At only about $8 million – $10 million, it’s about half as expensive as the “Inverted Roller Coaster” from the Swiss company Bolliger and Mabillard. (The same guys who made Behemoth.) Most normal people can’t tell much of a difference between this and “B&M” rides, so many parks have bought this.
